1. Our Commitment

At Everyday Attire, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Not a final sale or clearance item (unless defective)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings and jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

4. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at Care@attire.store or call +1-672-365-8854 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: We'll cover return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.

Change of Mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Returns: Available for orders over $100 (within the continental US).

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing takes 5-7 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once processed
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • COD orders receive refunds via check or store credit

7. Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and guarantees product availability.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

9. Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Contact us immediately, and we'll send you the correct item at no additional charge and arrange for return of the incorrect item at our expense.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
  • If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at Care@attire.store

11. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are eligible for return under the same conditions. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid after discounts. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless defective.

12. International Returns

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you have questions about international orders, please contact our customer service team.

13. Cancellations
